This time to the Uchu Peruvian Steakhouse where we are going to eat Alpaca. Jess as usual, when it comes to wine and food, is my companion along with Aki.
Starters was a beautiful ceviche, marinaded raw fish $8 (NOK 65), main course alpaca tenderloin steak $16 (NOK128) served on a hot stone that way you can decide how it should be cooked. All washed down with a excellent wine $31 (NOK 255). Thanks to Aki for introduce me to my new friend, Jack! (as in Daniels)
The whole meal was excellent! Great service!
As we were about to leave the restaurant it decided to pour down with rain. I was really impressed that they gave us plastic ponchos to keep us dry for the walk back to the hotel.
I’ll be back there in May when we pass through Cusco again.
